We’re supporting a rapidly scaling global innovator in liquid cooling, intelligent PDUs and white-space infrastructure as they grow their UK & Ireland commercial team. Due to major investment across Europe, they are hiring two Sales Account Managers who will play a pivotal role in their next phase of expansion.

Total Earnings & Bonus
• Competitive base and bonus £77,000–£92,000 + car allowance

The Role
You’ll drive revenue across UK & Ireland, selling advanced data centre cooling and power solutions including:
• High-density liquid cooling (CDU, RDHX, direct-to-chip)
• Intelligent PDUs and power distribution
• Rack/white-space systems and thermal management
Your customer base spans MTDCs, enterprise data centres, AI/HPC operators, and regional DC ecosystems.
What You Bring
Technical & Industry Background
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, HVAC) or equivalent technical experience
• Proven sales success & network in data centre cooling, power or white-space infrastructure
• Understanding of:
– HDLC technologies
– RDHX, CDUs, manifolds
– iPDUs and power/cooling integration
– Liquid vs air cooling principles
– MTDC, colocation and enterprise DC environments
• Awareness of European DC trends and sustainability considerations
Commercial Skills
• Strong track record of selling technical solutions and hitting revenue targets
• Ability to turn customer challenges into commercial opportunities
• Comfortable running full sales cycles with both engineering and procurement teams
• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
Soft Skills
• Resourceful “I made this happen” mindset
• Logical problem-solver who breaks challenges into steps
• Self-disciplined, organised and able to operate independently
• Clear communicator with confidence at both technical and executive level
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-density/AI-driven landscape
