Job Description:

As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of projects within the organization. You will work closely with project managers, team leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project schedules

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in project scheduling or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
