Pay Rate: $200,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the MENA region, with a focus on renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in the renewable energy sector. This role will be based in our United Arab Emirates office and will require frequent travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of success in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
