Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the West region of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product sales
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize results

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy sales
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
