Backed by a major global investment firm, this organization is driving sustainable growth through innovation, collaboration, and a long-term commitment to the energy transition.

The company’s culture is entrepreneurial and people-first—where high standards, trust, and teamwork fuel progress. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform that combines renewable energy expertise with cutting-edge digital infrastructure development.

The Role

The Manager, Digital Permitting will lead permitting and entitlement strategy for complex data center and digital infrastructure projects from early-stage development through construction and commissioning. This individual will act as a key subject matter expert within a multidisciplinary team—partnering closely with Development, Engineering, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all permitting and entitlement activities for large-scale digital and industrial infrastructure projects.

Manage third-party consultants and coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely and compliant project approvals.

Develop and implement project-specific permitting strategies, including engagement with local authorities, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.

Identify site constraints, design considerations, and optimal permitting pathways in collaboration with internal and external experts.

Support community outreach and represent the company at meetings and hearings as needed.

Contribute to financing and construction readiness by ensuring all permits and conditions are in place.

Ideal Profile

3+ years of experience in the energy, data center, or large-scale infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on permitting, entitlements, or regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder permitting processes from early development through execution.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, consultants, and external authorities.

Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite required.

Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in Southern California, Oregon, or Utah).

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Why This Role

Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable digital infrastructure in North America.

Work within a highly respected and well-funded platform supported by a world-class investment partner.

Competitive compensation package including performance-based bonus, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) contribution, and flexible PTO.

Collaborative, inclusive environment that values innovation, transparency, and professional growth.
