Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software
  • Relevant degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
