Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Eastleigh, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a focus on renewable energy projects. As the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing best practices to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Provide training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure HSE compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and industry best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)
