Integrated Construction Coordinator (ICC) – Data Center Projects

About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented Integrated Construction Coordinator (ICC) with experience in data center construction to join our dynamic team. The ICC will serve as the central point of coordination between design, construction, and project management teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities


Implement and manage Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes throughout all project phases.


Coordinate daily with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to resolve field coordination issues.


Support the integration of design and construction processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.


Monitor project progress, report on status, identify risks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.


Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders to maintain project alignment.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.


Experience in data center construction or similar complex building environments.


Proficiency with VDC/BIM tools and related construction coordination software.


Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Experience & Skills


Minimum 2–5 years of field coordination or ICC experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.


Knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and structured cabling preferred.


Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
