Position: Electrical Works Manager (Kierownik Robót Elektrycznych)
Project: Baltica 2 Offshore Wind Farm
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Works Manager to join our team for the our offshore wind project. You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical and electrotechnical works on site, in line with Polish regulations and project-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate construction activities based on contractual obligations, technical documentation, and legal standards in Poland
Ensure compliance with Polish construction and electrical regulations during execution
Collaborate closely with the employer’s installation managers to supervise onsite work
Conduct technical inspections and acceptance of works performed by subcontractors
Gather and manage all required material certificates and documentation
Prepare as-built documentation and other relevant records required throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise the execution of electrical and electrotechnical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Required Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Valid construction license (unlimited) for supervising electrical and electrotechnical works in Poland
Proven experience in a similar role within construction or energy sectors
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
Strong communication and organizational skills
Solid understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
Willingness to work both on-site and remotely, depending on project needs
Valid Category B driving license
