Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Manager to join our team in CORK, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a proven track record of implementing lean principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize processes and reduce waste in renewable energy projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives and achieve operational efficiency goals
  • Provide training and support to employees at all levels on lean principles and tools
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for lean manufacturing in the renewable energy sector

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing lean principles and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
