Our Client

Our client is a global developer and operator of wind farms and solar farms, active across 33 countries with project pipelines totaling approximately 5?GW in wind farms and solar farms under development.

Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion

• Set and execute the country roadmap to grow the organization's footprint in the Philippines in partnership with government and regulators

Financial & Risk Management

• Manage country-level budgeting, risk frameworks, BOI registration, investor relations, governmental funding/subsidies, and financial performance oversight

Strategic Project Origination & Development

• Identify and secure new wind and solar development sites and foster early-stage pipelines through strong local network and market insight
• Engage and negotiate with landowners, communities, LGUs, and regulatory bodies

Project Lifecycle Oversight

• Lead permitting, environmental impact assessment, resource studies, grid connection planning, PPA preparation, and EPC coordination
• Define milestones, manage budgets, track risks, and ensure timely project advancement

Commercial Governance & Due Diligence

• Provide inputs to project valuation, CAPEX/OPEX modeling, and prepare internal approval documentation
• Interface with financial institutions and support due diligence processes for financing or acquisitions

Policy & Market Intelligence

• Monitor Philippines renewable energy policies, BOI regulations, RPS framework, and regulatory developments; evaluate implications for ongoing and prospective projects

Stakeholder & Government Engagement

• Cultivate strong relations with BOI, DTI, DOE, LGUs, and local communities; lead efforts to align projects with national RE targets

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead a cross?functional team of local and international experts, consultants, and JV partners
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, MIS reporting, and capability development
