Spencer Ogden is seeking an Manufacturing VP to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a leading global renewable energy manufacturing company. This executive role will oversee multi-site manufacturing plants and drive operational excellence across the full value chain.
Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's strategic plan, plan the domestic manufacturing resource layout and the construction and development of overseas manufacturing plants.
2. Take full responsibility for the QCDS and personnel operations of domestic and international manufacturing plants, formulate medium- and long-term strategies, achieve goals across all dimensions, and continuously optimize costs throughout the entire value chain.
3. Promote the comprehensive upgrading of the company's manufacturing technology, achieve breakthroughs in industrial digitalization, drive technological innovation, and develop agile delivery capabilities.
4. Improve the level of manufacturing capability building, establish a visionary manufacturing management framework, cultivate talent pipelines and enhance capabilities, shape a positive, safe, and continuously improving organizational culture team, and possess the ability to support the manufacturing implementation of new product lines.
Requirements:
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.), Management, or a related field. Master's/MBA preferred.
2. Work Experience: Over 15 years of manufacturing operations management experience, with at least 5 years of senior management experience in the large-scale equipment manufacturing industry (Plant Manager or above, Director, Vice President, etc.), possessing exceptional operational expertise.
3. Excellent leadership and team management experience, with strong influence and cross-cultural team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, capable of leading the team to solve problems in complex and ever-changing situations.
5. Keen market insight and strategic planning ability.
6. Strong ability to work under pressure and effectively in fast-paced and complex environments
7. Strong innovative spirit, capable of driving innovative improvements and enhancements in manufacturing capabilities.
8. Fluent in English as a working language, with proficient English communication and writing skills.
9. Experience in international factory operations and multi-factory collaborative operations is preferred.
