Role Objective:
To lead the design, coordination, and integration of electrical, communication, and cyber security systems across all packages of the Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) project. This role ensures compliance with project standards, technical specifications, and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and package contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead all engineering activities related to communication systems (temporary and permanent) across the OWF.
Support all EPCI packages during design, engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning phases.
Participate in and support interface meetings, including coordination with ONS/WTG Telecoms.
2. Cyber Security & Network Systems
Lead cyber risk assessments including documentation review, FAT/SAT participation, and coordination with the Orlen cyber security team.
Act as the primary liaison for Ministry of Defense engagements regarding security systems.
3. Communication Systems Integration
Oversee fiber splicing plans and ensure seamless system integration.
Manage installation and interface coordination for radio systems (TETRA, 4G), radar, and network connections.
Support the integration and installation of FOU ICCP and cross-package SCADA systems.
4. Testing & Compliance
Lead and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Harbor Acceptance Tests (HAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Ensure all systems and documentation meet Employer’s Requirements and applicable industry standards.
5. Auxiliary Systems & Technical Support
Contribute to design and testing of auxiliary systems (e.g., weather stations, navigation aids).
Provide technical backup support to LV and telecom engineers.
Support the procurement and integration of OWF SCADA systems, including involvement with external vendors if required.

Commissioning and integration reports
Grid compliance studies and test documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
Proven experience in offshore wind, electrical systems integration, SCADA/communication systems, and cyber security is preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
