A leading general contractor specializing in the design, construction, and commissioning of hyperscale data centers for global technology providers. The projects are mission-critical, high-impact, and at the forefront of digital infrastructure development. We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead and deliver large-scale data center projects across multiple regions.
Position Overview:
As a Project Executive, you will oversee the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to drive project success and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple data center construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on project status and performance.
Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in data center construction (essential hyperscale)
Proven track record of delivering hyperscale data center projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and cost control.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel as required for the project.
