Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team in Richland, United States. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to develop and update schedules, identify potential risks and delays, and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to update schedules and implement changes
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant parties
  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to optimize project schedules and improve efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
