Job Description:

As a Site Administrator IV, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing all recruitment activities for the site. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Additionally, you will manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
