About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global energy storage solutions provider to appoint a Sales Manager to support market expansion in the Philippines.


This is a newly created role and the first commercial headcount in-country, offering an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual to develop new customer relationships, grow market share, and contribute to the rollout of utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects across the region.


The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized sales professional who has a strong track record in prospecting, building trusted customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience selling into large-scale energy storage / BESS projects is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets and customers in the Philippines, driving sales growth across the company’s products and solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction and strengthening loyalty
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and provide professional solutions to meet project and commercial requirements
  • Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to understand trends, customer requirements, and market dynamics
  • Use market feedback and performance data to adjust and optimise sales strategy, improving commercial performance and competitiveness

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales / Commercial disciplines
  • 5+ years of sales experience within renewable energy, power, or energy storage
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and relationship-led sales
  • Familiarity with the Philippines energy landscape; connectivity with local government stakeholders, DOE, utilities, EPCs, and suppliers is required
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus (not mandatory)
