Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters with strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Develop trusted advisory relationships with clients.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Develop potential and new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Collaborate with technical team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Inteíact with clients to meet theií íequests and íesolve complaints.

Prepare reports on account status with sales and clients reports and make recommendations for improvements.

Source new prospects and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Organize sales and product demonstrations events; product introduction, services provided or other proposed events.

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
