The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- 8-10 years of experience within commercial sector
- Project takeoff and turnover
- Experienced in CSP's, Hard Bids, and conceptual estimating
- Prepare and coordinate all bid day documents
- Experienced in the following softwares: Procore, On-screen takeoff, BlueBeam, and Microsoft
- Bachelors Degree or relevent experience.
