Mechanical And Electrical Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Nacelle M&E Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical activities associated with nacelle components at our onshore pre-assembly facility. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations to ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will play a key role in preparing nacelle units for successful offshore installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all mechanical and electrical (M&E) work related to nacelle assembly.

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and site protocols.

Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and logistics personnel to maintain efficient operations.

Perform inspections and quality control checks in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements.

Support planning and scheduling processes, providing regular progress updates to the Completions Manager.

Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of tools and equipment.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or logistical issues during the pre-assembly phase.

Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, and any incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

Demonstrated experience supervising M&E work, ideally within wind turbine pre-assembly or other heavy industry settings.

Solid understanding of HSE regulations and practices in industrial or construction environments.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Resilient and adaptable; able to perform under pressure in a rotational work environment.
