Civil Quality Supervisor – Energy Infrastructure Project (Contract)


Location: Germany (Leipzig to Munich corridor – travel required)

Contract Length: 24 months (long-term project pipeline up to 4 years)

Start Date: April 2026


The Opportunity


We are supporting a major European energy infrastructure project and are seeking experienced Mechanical & Civil Quality Supervisors to join a long-term cable installation programme.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile project delivering critical energy infrastructure, with scope for extended engagement beyond the initial contract.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise mechanical and civil quality activities across multiple work sites

Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements

Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks on-site

Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Work closely with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards

Produce and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports


Requirements


Proven experience in mechanical and/or civil quality supervision

Background working on major energy or infrastructure projects (e.g. cables, rail, oil & gas, offshore wind)

Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and site-based quality control

Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to a mobile role


Language Requirements


Fluent English (essential)

German (minimum B2 level required)


Additional Information


Role will involve regular travel along the project route between Leipzig and Munich

Candidates must be flexible and comfortable with site-based work across multiple locations

The day rate is all-inclusive, with candidates expected to manage travel and accommodation expenses accordingly
