A leading electrical services provider specializing in Data Center high-quality installations, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects are hiring for a Commissioning Project Manager.
Role Overview:
As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of electrical systems and equipment on various projects, ensuring they meet all performance, safety, and quality standards. You will lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, coordinate with project managers and clients, and manage the commissioning schedule from planning through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the commissioning activities for electrical installations, including planning, coordination, and execution on-site.
Develop and implement commissioning procedures, protocols, and documentation in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Liaise with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth commissioning progress.
Manage commissioning teams, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance and training.
Ensure all electrical systems are tested and verified according to specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve commissioning issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Prepare detailed commissioning reports, as-built documentation, and handover packages.
Monitor and control commissioning budgets and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to commissioning processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager or similar role in Hyperscale Data Center projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing methods, commissioning standards (such as IEC, BS, or relevant codes).
Experience managing commissioning teams on medium to large-scale projects.
