Job Description:

The Senior Director Precon & Controls will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction and cost control activities for projects in the United States. This role will require strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preconstruction strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage cost control processes and procedures to track project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate project estimates
  • Lead a team of preconstruction and cost control professionals to ensure project success
  • Provide guidance and expertise on construction best practices and industry trends

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction and cost control roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Ability to analyze complex construction data and make informed decisions
