The National Online Recruitment Awards, which will take place on Wednesday 10th November, views online recruitment from the perspective of the job seeker and recognises the best examples of excellence within the recruitment industry. Spencer Ogden have been shortlisted for the Best Newcomer (New Website) award for their newly launched website. Spencer Ogden worked closely with the web development team at Volcanic to create a modern looking site that not only better reflects their company culture and corporate purpose, “Create Careers to Power a Sustainable Future”, but creates a more enjoyable user experience for job seekers.
Another exciting recognition Spencer Ogden have received comes from the TIARA Recruitment Awards ANZ. The awards ceremony, which will take place virtually on Thursday 25th November, recognises industry leading agencies across the ANZ region. Spencer Ogden have been selected as finalists for not just one, but two awards: The Training & Development Award and The Mercury XRM Best Large Recruitment Company to Work For.
