Our client is seeking a Water Treatment Engineer with 5-15 years of experience to join their rapidly growing Denver offices with locations in Lakewood and the Denver Tech Center. The candidate will be involved with a wide range of water infrastructure projects, which can include water treatment, reuse, and optimization.This position will be focused on leading and delivering municipal water facilities planning and design projects. Task responsibilities will include project management, design management, preparation of assessment and design reports, performing design calculations, equipment sizing/ selection, preparation of construction documents, and support of construction management/commissioning needs. Field work and site visits from planning through construction will be required.This position requires experience with project and design management or the desire to grow into a project management role. The position will lead to an increasing level of client development and management commensurate with experience, supported by our client's local office and firm-wide technical resources.The minimum professional qualifications are a B.S. degree in Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, and the ability to obtain a P.E. license in Colorado within six months of employment.
