HSE Supervisor

Location: Offshore, Netherlands Languages: Dutch and English proficiency required Transport and Construction of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG)

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor to join our team for a 6-month contract, focusing on the transport and construction of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) offshore in the Netherlands. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HSE Oversight: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations during the transport and construction of WTGs offshore.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate preventive measures.
  • Safety Training: Provide guidance and training to ensure that all personnel involved are well-versed in safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate and implement effective emergency response plans to ensure the safety of personnel and assets.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Valid GWO (Global Wind Organization) certificate.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an HSE Supervisor in the transport and construction of WTGs is highly desired.
  • Availability: Immediate availability to start and commit to a 6-month contract.
  • Offshore Experience: Familiarity with offshore work environments and the unique challenges they present.
