Role Summary: The Mechanical Fleet performance engineer will provide engineering support to the technicians on the site for the resolution of technical issues which affect the reliable operation of the Offshore wind turbine fleet.
Essential Responsibilities
- The mechanical fleet Performance engineer will work closely with the site teams, the Product Service engineers and the Engineering team to find out solutions to the technical/operational issues of Wind Turbine Generators.
- She/he will be the preferred contact point for any technical issues, or any questions raised by site technicians.
- She/he will support the site team at the end of wind turbine commissioning, to prepare the punch list in the context of the handover between Project execution and Services.
- She/he will contribute to the validation of the Logout/tag-out procedures and maintenance work instructions prepared by the O&M documentation team.

The role of the Service Technician is to maintain and troubleshoot the complex rotor blade structure and mechanical components of a wind turbine. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the assigned project(s) in order to achieve safe, timely and profitable completion of each project. Plans, organizes, and supervises building and related facilities portions of construction work for an assigned area of a construction project.
